Care recommendations are listed on each individual product page. We have taken care to identify when washing is possible/recommended. For materials where dry clean is recommended, we suggest dry cleaning with hydrocarbon solutions, which avoids perchloroethylene chemicals.

If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us at clientservices@ossou.com. If your order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We ship all orders from New Jersey. Depending on your delivery address, you can expect to receive your order in 2 to 5 business days with standard UPS Ground shipping. Orders are shipped out the same business day if placed before 12pm ET or the next business day if placed after 12pm ET.
