How do I care for my Ossou product?

Care recommendations are listed on each individual product page. We have taken care to identify when washing is possible/recommended. For materials where dry clean is recommended, we suggest dry cleaning with hydrocarbon solutions, which avoids perchloroethylene chemicals.

Please allow up to 1–2 business days to process your order due to high order volumes.

For expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 11 a.m. ET; orders placed after 11 a.m. will be shipped the next business day. Please note, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
