Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
To initiate the return for eligible items please contact us at clientservices@ossou.com and we will provide you with a return shipping label.
Ossou customer service hours are Monday-Friday 9 am - 6 pm EST.
Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response with your return label.
The returned item must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. Returned merchandise must be free from any condition that would prevent it from being sold as new (including, but not limited to, wear, damage, stain, odor, or alteration). The original invoice, and tags must accompany the returned goods. The security tag must be attached in original condition.
We appreciate your patience while your refund is being processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s), and the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. It can take between five and ten business days for a credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement. If not approved, we will return the merchandise to you.
Please note that merchandise marked FINAL SALE is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchanges
Please note we do not offer direct exchanges. Please reach out to clientservices@ossou.com for a return label. Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued. The exchange units require a separate transaction. We cannot guarantee that units will be on hold for the time between the return processing and second transaction.
