Where does Ossou ship?

Currently Ossou only ships within the U.S. Please contact us at clientservices@ossou.com to inquire about international shipping.

 

What shipping methods does Ossou have?

We offer the following shipping methods within the United States:

• UPS Ground - Free

• UPS 2-3 day - $25

We ship exclusively via UPS and all packages require signature upon delivery to protect your purchase. 

Please allow up to 1–2 business days to process your order due to high order volumes.

For expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 11 a.m. ET; orders placed after 11 a.m. will be shipped the next business day. Please note, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Can I change my shipping address?

To change your shipping address, please contact us at clientservices@ossou.com. If your order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How do I track my order?

Your shipping confirmation email will have a link to your UPS tracking number, as well as a tracking page where you can view real time updates on your order status.
